Claims

Damaged/ lost goods; claims must be received in writing within 7 days from receipt.

Hazel Rose Jewellery accept no responsibility when acting on the instructions of a customer for any infringement whatsoever of copyright or registered design.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs will be added to all orders according to the applicable rate for delivery zone.

Force majure

Hazel Rose Jewellery accept no responsibility for delay, loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond their control.

International

In the unlikely event of a dispute, all claims to be resolved under English law.

Internet

As a consumer under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your order if you so wish. You can also reject goods supplied if you are not satisfied.

Transfer

All goods remain the property of Hazel Rose Jewellery until paid in full.

Tax

Total order cost, when calculated, include all costs (VAT and Delivery), excluding local taxes.

Payment terms

Order – pay with order. Payment: All remittance must be paid to Hazel Rose Jewellery in pounds sterling, dollars or euro where stated.

Changes

Every effort will be made to supply the exact quantity ordered, but in the event of overs/ unders the invoice will not be subject to discount or compensation.
